Our flagship gite – huge three bedroom gite, oozing charm and character, with a fabulous lawned garden to the front. Recommended for families, groups and families sharing with grandparents.
Le Pressoir, an old cider press, has a large open plan kitchen and living/dining room. Two sets of french windows, one opening onto the central playarea, the other a large private lawn. There is also a downstairs toilet.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, the master with a large ensuite shower room. A seperate family bathroom is also on this floor.
The front bedrooms overlook the fields and countryside to the front of Emerald Coast Gites.

For all reasons, the following cancellation terms will apply:
30% non-refundable deposit, payable on booking will be retained.
Once balance is paid, the following policy is in place:
50% balance retained if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival.
100% balance retained if cancelled 30 days or less before arrival..
If you have to cut your holiday short because for any reason, and you have already commenced your holiday, no refunds will be given.
Refunds will be made within 1 week of the planned departure date.
CANCELLATION & CHANGES BY US: We do not expect to have to make any changes to your booking, but sometimes problems occur and bookings have to be changed or cancelled or errors corrected. If this does happen we will contact you as soon as is reasonably practicable, inform you of the situation and refund payments already made.

This was our first visit to the emerald coast and Brittany. Based on the reviews of Lesley and Simon’s place we thought this would be perfect for us and we were not disappointed. As all the reviews say, it is a perfect location to discover the area, the gites are lovely and they have thought of everything to keep young ones and the grown ups happy. It truly is a special place which we will be returning to. One week was not enough!!!
